"The Best" Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Rice-A-Roni herb and butter
    1/4 to 1/3 c. butter
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    1 small can mushrooms, sliced
    1/3 c. diced onion
    1 lb. or 4 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
Preparation
    In a deep skillet brown rice and chicken.
    Add 2 cups water; simmer until water dissipates.
    In a separate pan, combine butter, sour cream and milk.
    Dice onion and brown; add this to mixture along with mushrooms and seasoning packet.
    Combine rice, chicken and mixture.
    Serves 4.
