Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Blend sugar, oil and eggs.
Sift dry ingredients together. Mix together, then fold in carrots and nuts.
Flour and grease pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until done when tested with toothpick.
Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
