One Pan Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon
8 eggs
1/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
4 hash brown patties
1 small chopped onion
1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Fry bacon in large skillet.
Remove bacon but keep grease in pan.
Pat out hash browns to cover bottom of pan; sprinkle onion on top and cook until underside of potatoes are browned.
Blend eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over potatoes.
Top with cheese and bacon.
Cover and cook until eggs set (about 10 to 15 minutes).
