Baked Bean Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can butter beans, drained
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. light molasses
    2 to 3 Tbsp. packed light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 to 2 Tbsp. canned, crumbled bacon
Preparation
    Microwave butter in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole at High (100%), 30 seconds or until melted.
    Stir in green pepper.
    Cook, covered at High, 2 minutes or until pepper is tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except bacon.
    Cook, covered, at High for 4 minutes or until boiling.
    Cook, uncovered, at Medium (50%) for 8 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes.
    Sprinkle bacon over top.
