Frank-Potato Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced raw potatoes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    6 or more hot dogs, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, vegetables, onions, parsley, bouillon cubes and salt in saucepan.
    Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Add hot dogs.
    Blend flour, pepper and milk.
    Stir into vegetable mixture and bring to a boil.
    Cook for a few minutes.
    Add butter and stir until it thickens.
