Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cabbage
1 green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Grate cabbage. Add salt and green pepper.
Let stand for 1/2 hour.
Squeeze out cabbage.
Simmer the sugar, celery seed, mustard seed and vinegar for 15 minutes.
Let cool and put on cabbage.
Freeze.
