Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, cleaned and dried
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
paprika
Preparation

Prick potatoes once.
Bake potatoes on High power for 5 to 6 minutes.
Turn over and bake 5 to 6 minutes more.
While still hot, slice potatoes lengthwise.
Scoop out insides, saving shells. Whip together potatoes, margarine, Cheddar cheese, onion, salt and pepper.
Gradually blend in milk.
Spoon potato mixture back into shells.
Return to oven for 5 more minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
