Fruit Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 container (8 oz.) nonfat tropical fruit or vanilla yogurt
    1 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    4 c. bite-size chunks cantaloupe (from medium melon)
    2 c. seedless red or green grapes
    1/4 c. sweetened shredded coconut
Preparation
    Mix yogurt and orange juice in a large bowl.
    Add melon and grapes and toss gently to mix and coat.
    Spoon into individual dessert dishes and serve or cover and chill for up to 2 hours.
