Strawberry-Banana Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box strawberry-banana jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 large ripe banana, mashed
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Combine the jello and boiling water in a medium mixing bowl until it is completely dissolved.
    Mash the banana well in a small mixing bowl.
    Add all the other ingredients and stir until blended.
    Pour into a mold and refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
