Salmon Hot Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. shortening
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 can salmon, flaked
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Brown celery and onions in melted shortening.
Stir in flour and salt. Add soup and milk. Cook until it thickens.
Add salmon and lemon juice.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Make biscuits and place on salmon mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until brown.
(May use tuna instead of salmon.)
