Rosettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. ice water
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg (unbeaten)
Preparation

Sift flour before measuring.
Mix all the other ingredients together and then stir in slowly the flour.
Beat until smooth. Heat oil to 350\u00b0.
Heat iron in oil and pat on paper towel.
Makes 36 tarts.
