Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chuck, trimmed and cut up
    1/2 lb. carrots, cut up
    2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut up
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can beef bouillon
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except broth and flour, in a large bowl.
    Mix the broth (undiluted) and the flour until there are no lumps.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Pour the thick broth over meat and vegetables and mix thoroughly.
    Place mixture in a heavy covered pan.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for at least 8 hours.
