Apricot Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 oz.) can vacuum packed sweet potatoes or yams, drained and cut crosswise into 1/2-inch thick slices
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (5 1/2 fluid oz.) can apricot nectar
    2 Tbsp. butter flavor Crisco
    12 frozen apricot halves, cut into quarters
    1/2 c. pecan halves or large pieces
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease 1 to 1 1/2-quart casserole or baking dish with butter flavor Crisco.
    Arrange potatoes in oven casserole dish.
