Bread And Butter Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. raisins
5 slices bread (thin)
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Line bottom of a greased dish with raisins.
Cut bread in 3 strips, crosswise.
Dip in melted butter, in skillet or frypan brown lightly.
Then arrange on top of raisins in dish.
Beat the remaining ingredients, pour over bread and raisins.
Set dish in a pan of hot water.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
