Highland Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean bottom round, cubed
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. link sausages
    4 potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1 onion, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    2 apples, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    2 c. tomato juice
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Dredge meat in flour.
    Cut sausages in half.
