Garlic Grits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow grits
1 roll garlic cheese
1/4 lb. (1 stick) oleo
2 eggs
milk
salt
pepper
Preparation

Break 2 eggs in 8-ounce cup.
Add milk until full.
Cook grits.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased casserole and cover.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Uncover. Sprinkle with grated sharp Cheddar cheese and paprika.
Bake uncovered for 20 additional minutes.
