Dill Casserole Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. soft butter

    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. minced dry onion
    2 Tbsp. dill seed (whole)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 egg
    2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Place cottage cheese in warm bowl; add yeast-water, egg and soft butter.
    Combine all dry ingredients and gradually add; beat well.
    Cover with clean cloth; let rise until doubled.
    Punch down and put in 2 small, greased loaf pans.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    While warm, brush with butter and salt.
