Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 slices bacon
5 large potatoes, cubed
2 ribs celery, diced
3 large carrots, diced
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Preparation

Fry bacon; drain.
Add potatoes, celery and carrots to drippings.
Salt, pepper and water to cover.
Cook 15 minutes or until tender.
Combine flour and small amounts of milk until smooth.
Add to mixture and add rest of milk.
Cook until it begins to boil, over medium heat.
