Cream Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) box lime jello
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. boiling water
juice of 1 lemon
1 small pkg. cream cheese
1 apple, diced
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Put jello and sugar in bowl.
Pour 1 cup of boiling water into jello and stir until dissolved.
Put cream cheese in 1/2 cup boiling water and beat until smooth.
Pour into jello and add lemon juice, apple and pecans.
Mix and pour into small molds or square container.
Stir and put in refrigerator for several hours until firm.
