Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pan cooked corn bread
1 large onion
1 to 2 tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn
1 large bell pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
7 to 8 strips fried bacon (crisp)
Preparation

Crumble bread
and
bacon together.
Cut up onion, bell pepper and tomatoes very fine.
Add
to
corn bread and bacon, mix well. Add mayonnaise
and stir until moist.
Chill before serving.
