Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

olive oil
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
3 stalks celery
2 cloves garlic (optional)
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
cut up fryer
salt
red pepper
black pepper
1 pkg. spaghetti
Preparation

Cover bottom of Dutch oven with olive oil.
Saute first 4 ingredients until limp.
Add next 5 ingredients.
Simmer 5 minutes, stirring often as not to burn.
Add water slowly with seasonings to taste.
Lower heat and simmer until you are ready to add chicken. Wash chicken pieces and season to taste.
Brown both sides of pieces.
When all pieces are brown, pour sauce on top and cook 30 minutes on medium heat.
To this mixture add boiled spaghetti.
