Chicken And Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
salt
white pepper
1 (6 oz.) can whole button mushrooms, drained (save juice)
1/2 bunch fresh parsley, chopped fine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 to 1/2 c. cream sherry
Preparation

Salt and pepper chicken lightly.
Lay in flat baking dish or pan.
Pour mushrooms over chicken.
Sprinkle parsley heavily over chicken.
Mix together soup, mushroom juice and sherry.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Bake at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender.
Should be kept moist.
Baste occasionally.
Good served over rice.
