Ozelma'S Cheesy Vegetable Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. sliced celery
3/4 c. sliced carrots
1 c. cubed potatoes
3 1/2 c. chicken broth
17 oz. can whole kernel corn
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. diced pimiento
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in large pot.
Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir in corn. Remove from heat.
Melt margarine in heavy saucepan over low heat. Add flour, stirring until smooth.
Cook 1 minute.
Gradually add milk and cook until thick.
Stir in remaining ingredients until cheese melts.
Slowly add cheese mixture to vegetables.
