Orange Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. orange Jell-O
1 small can crushed pineapple in syrup
2 c. buttermilk
1 small tub Cool Whip
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Pour Jell-O and pineapple (do not drain) into medium saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring.
Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool (15 to 20 minutes).
Stir in buttermilk and nuts.
Fold in Cool Whip.
(A wire whip works well for this.)
Pour into a pretty glass bowl or casserole and chill until firm.
