Carrot Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch salt
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. white sugar
    1/4 c. walnuts
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. grated raw carrots
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar in oil.
    Add sifted dry ingredients; add carrots; add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add nuts and vanilla.
    Pour into loaf pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
    Cool.
    Remove from loaf pan.
