Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4 oz. each)
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. milk
1 c. vegetable oil for frying
Preparation

Cut chicken into 1/2 x 2 inch strips. Mix flour, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl.
Dip chicken in milk and roll in flour mixture to coat well.
Place chicken on waxed paper.
