No Egg Or Milk Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Gold Medal flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    5 Tbsp. safflower oil
    1 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients to blend.
    Add safflower oil (don't stir). Add 3/4 cup of total water.
    Stir.
    Add remaining water gradually and stir.
    Bake in an oiled Teflon muffin pan at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Makes 12 muffins.
