Quick And Easy Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. low-calorie mayonnaise substitute
    1/4 c. nonfat buttermilk
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon batter into muffin pans, coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Yields 1 dozen rolls.

    1 roll.
