Banana Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. sugar (white)
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 1/2 Tbsp. cold water
1 rounded Tbsp. oleo
bananas, sliced or split
salted peanuts
Preparation
-
Cook the first 5 ingredients together until thick; stir constantly.
Cool until ready to serve.
Pour over bananas (sliced or split); sprinkle with salted peanuts.
Dressing keeps well in refrigerator for several days.
A quick dessert or salad.
