Green Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. meaty ham bone or turkey ham, cubed
    2 qt. water
    4 c. green beans, cut in 1-inch pieces
    3 c. cubed potatoes
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. dry savory
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk or cream
Preparation
    Add water to bone or cubed turkey ham and vegetables.
    Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or until tender. Add milk or cream.
