Spiced Grapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. grapes
    3 c. vinegar
    1 oz. whole cloves
    2 blades mace or 2 tsp.
    4 lb. sugar
    4 sticks cinnamon
Preparation
    Remove and set aside skins.
    Cook pulp in vinegar with spices tied in cheese cloth until soft.
    Mash through sieve to keep out seeds.
    Add skins.
    Bring to boil.
    Add sugar and bag of spices. Cook until thick.
    Put into jars and seal.
    Good with chicken or pork!
