Swiss Bliss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 lb. chuck steak
    1 envelope onion soup
    1/2 lb. or can mushrooms
    1/2 green pepper
    1 lb. can tomatoes, drained and chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. juice from tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    parsley or other garnish (if desired)
Preparation
    Spread 20-inch sheet of heavy-duty Reynolds Wrap with margarine.
    Cut steak into serving pieces and arrange on foil, overlapping.
    Sprinkle with onion soup, mushrooms, pepper and chopped tomatoes.
    Season.
    Mix tomato juice and cornstarch.
    Pour over meat and vegetables.
    Seal and bake for 2 hours at 375\u00b0. (Beef cubes can be used instead of chuck steak.)
