Cheesecake Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 c. sugar
    16 slices white bread, crusts removed
    margarine
    sugar and cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Mix together cream cheese, egg yolk and sugar.
    Spread over bread.
    Roll up jelly roll style.
    Dip in melted butter, then into cinnamon and sugar mixture.
    Freeze overnight.
    Cut each roll in half and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 32 rolls.
