Microwave Bake Fish On Celery Leaves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Celery leaves
4 Tbsp. Lemon juice
4 thick fish fillets
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
paprika to taste
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup sweet relish
3 green onions
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Cover bottom of shallow pan with celery leaves.
Sprinkle lemon juice over fish.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.\tLet stand 20 minutes.
Place fish on celery leaves.
Combine mayonnaise, relish, onions and parsley.
Blend well.
Spread over fish.
Microwave on high 6-8 minutes or until fish is flakey. Serves 4.
