Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo or margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/4 c. cocoa
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix oleo, oil, sugar and eggs together.
Add milk, vanilla, flour, salt, soda and cocoa.
Beat until well mixed.
Stir in the grated zucchini.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
