Buttermilk Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 or 3 lb.) fryer
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. margarine
flour (for dusting)
Preparation

Cut chicken up.
Season with Old Bay, paprika and black pepper.
Melt margarine in baking dish.
Dip chicken in buttermilk, then in flour.
Place in baking dish.
Pour remaining buttermilk over chicken and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven.
Turn when brown.
Bake until done.
