Squash And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    squash, sliced and salted lightly
    diced purple onion
    bread crumbs
    grated American or Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. garlic
    1/4 c. oil
    green pepper
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, squash, onion and bread crumbs.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Mix water, garlic and oil, then pour over casserole.
    Sprinkle with sliced green pepper rings.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
