Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. tender yellow squash, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz., undiluted)
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream *
    2 carrots, grated
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/2 c. sliced natural raw almonds
    1/2 c. melted margarine (1 stick)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Preparation
    *Used Land O Lakes no fat sour cream.
    Have also used a sour cream substitute.
