Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 onion, diced
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water chestnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion together until tender; drain and cool. Mix sliced chestnuts and chicken soup, undiluted.
    Melt margarine and mix with dressing.
    Line 2-quart casserole with half the dressing.
    Mix squash and chicken soup mixture.
    Put in casserole. Top with balance of dressing.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
