Pork And Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean pork, cut into serving pieces
1 stewing chicken, cut into serving pieces
1 small clove garlic
3 bay leaves
1 Tbsp. black peppercorn or 1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Crush garlic and peppercorn.
Mix garlic, pepper and bay leaves with vinegar.
Add the pork and chicken and mix well. Marinate for 2 hours, then simmer until pork and chicken are tender.
Add a little water if needed.
Remove sauce from the pot; add a little oil.
Fry the pork and chicken until brown.
Add the sauce that was removed from the pot.
Peas, tomatoes or cooked potatoes may be added before serving.
Salt is optional.
