Quick Chicken Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. chicken livers
    chicken broth
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chicken fat or butter
    salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Simmer the livers in broth until done, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain.
    Puree in an electric blender with the eggs, using a little of the liquid in which the livers were cooked.
