Pressure Cooked Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small to medium turkey
    salt
    water
Preparation
    In a pressure canner, place cleaned turkey.
    Fill canner about 3/4 full of water.
    Salt turkey with about 1/4 cup salt.
    Cook about 1 1/2 hours.
    When turkey is done, pour gruel into crock-pot.
    Separate turkey from the bone and place it in gruel in crock-pot; let simmer.
    Turkey will be tender and juicy.
