Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar, divided
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    milk
    2 c. mashed peaches
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy; add 2 cups sugar and beat well.
    Add condensed milk, then evaporated milk and vanilla.
    Beat until well blended.
    Pour mixture in freezer.
    Let run about 5 minutes, then add peaches and lemon juice.
