Chocolate Malted Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. instant sweetened chocolate malted milk powder
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
    1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 c. undiluted evaporated milk
    1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift the flour, malted milk powder, baking powder and salt; set aside.
    In a large bowl with mixer or wooden spoon, beat the butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until fluffy.
    Beat in milk until smooth.
    Gradually stir in flour mixture, mixing until well combined.
    Stir in nuts.
    Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour.
