Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. ground chuck
    3 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
    3 (16 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
    1 large onion
    1 pkg. chili seasoning
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck with onion.
    Add kidney beans, tomatoes and chili seasoning.
    Bring to a boil; immediately reduce heat to 250\u00b0 and cook 1/2 hour, then turn heat down to simmer, and simmer an additional 45 minutes.
    Serve with sour cream and grated Cheddar cheese.
