Peanut Apple Pie Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pie crust
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    5 to 6 c. apples, peeled and sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 egg yolks, beaten slightly (use egg whites for meringue)
    4 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Prepare pie crust.
    Line a 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons flour over bottom of crust.
    Arrange apples alternately with mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
    Add butter on top.
