Broccoli With Eggs And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    4 or 5 sliced hard-boiled eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into large serving pieces and steam until crisp-tender.
    Arrange broccoli and eggs in a broiler-proof casserole.
    Melt butter in a saucepan and add cornstarch, stir constantly for 2 minutes.
    Add milk and stir constantly until thickened.
    Add cheese and stir.
    Pour sauce over broccoli and eggs and broil until the top is brown, about 3 to 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
