Low Calorie Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sliced peaches (in own juice)
    1 large can fruit cocktail (in own juice)
    1 large can pineapple chunks
    1 box instant vanilla pudding (sugar-free)
    3 Tbsp. Tang
Preparation
    Save the juice from pineapple chunks.
    Drain juice off of all the fruits.
    Mix pineapple juice, pudding and Tang.
    Stir in fruit and store in fridge.
    Will keep 4 to 5 days.
