Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
2 whole chicken breasts, split
2/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. apple juice
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine the first 6 ingredients.
Dip chicken in butter.
Set remaining butter aside.
Roll chicken in crumbs.
Place skin side up, in a 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
To leftover butter, add remaining ingredients. Pour over baked chicken.
Bake 2 to 3 minutes more.
Serves 4.
