Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. biscuit mix
1 lb. sausage
dash of Tabasco sauce
10 or 12 oz. sharp grated Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Mix ingredients and work dough thoroughly.
Pinch off and form into balls (small or large as desired).
Place in a 375\u00b0 preheated oven until brown, approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
